The Foundation for Heart
Science, Ltd. is a Not for Profit corporation established
in the State of Wisconsin for the purpose of supporting research
into the effective treatment and cure of congenital and acquired
heart disease.
The Foundation is recognized as being tax
exempt as defined under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue
Code.
